The Brand Coordinator will act as the internal day-to-day contact and support for tasks related to workflow and process for all brand projects.
They will also act as the voice, create content, and assist with DOCOMO PACIFIC’s social media platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked-In accounts.
In addition, the brand coordinator will update the EBU website using the Hubspot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
Over any given week this role will develop, deliver, and support a range of initiatives to improve the use of marketing collateral and design across DOCOMO PACIFIC.
The primary focus of the brand coordinator is to enhance the visibility, image, and public relations efforts of DOCOMO PACIFIC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create customer, segment and sales specific communications content to support marketing campaigns, basic print, and social media assets.
Place digital media ads according to the campaign’s media plan.
Create captions and social media posts according to the media plan.
Prepare Guam and CNMI advertising and analytics report on a recurring basis.
Work with external agency to coordinate creation of Inbound Marketing content for the EBU website’s resource center to include blogs, eBooks, white papers, newsletters, and others as needed.
Update content on EBU’s website using the HubSpot CRM.
Create sales enablement tools leveraging HubSpot and other communication channels in collaboration with the EBU sales team to increase activation, customer education, and sales process efficiency.
Implement and manage the creative briefing process.
Develop benefit-led consumer communications.
Negotiate and manage logistics with external creative partners.
Coordinate brand and communications activities and reports on Google and HubSpot Analyze market trends and develop targeted social promotions based on insights.
Analyze key competitor activity; strategy, design and media usage and investigate media consumption and consumer behavior applicable to our business’s brands and target audiences.
Ensure all communications and advertising across Guam and CNMI is on brand according to brand guidelines and visual ID.
Promote efficiency and profitability at all times by continually improving processes to increase the speed and quality of work produced.
Work with the Guam Brand Manager to develop and deliver successful communication deliverables and marketing assets.
Work with the Guam Brand Manager on managing annual EBU budget.
Other marketing responsibilities as needed.

NECESSARY SKILLS: Well-developed customer service focus with excellent communication skills, both written and oral Exceptional organization and planning skills that contributes to effective and efficient project execution Exceptional writing skills, including perfect spelling and grammar, an innate ability to convey (and evolve) our “voice” and the ability to incorporate feedback with an attention to detail Basic graphic design skills (basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software knowledge desired but not necessary.
Must have the aptitude to learn new software Basic skills and experience planning and buying digital media (Google search and Google display network, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, retargeting and SEM) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) High attention to detail, organized and the ability to multi-task under pressure and work on a number of campaigns simultaneously Ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes Demonstrates time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines Passion, dedication and commitment to marketing and communications with a great attitude that embraces a positive work culture and a healthy work ethic NECESSARY TRAITS: Optimistic, organized, and takes initiative Ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals Understands role within team but remains flexible Ability to work under pressure but maintain a calm and approachable demeanor Must be a self-motivated individual that is empowered to make decisions as required EDUCATION AND/ EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or commensurate experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization Ability to converse professionally and with empathy with an emphasis on owning and solving issues whilst building excellent rapport WORK SCHEDULE: This position is a standard full-time role and during select times individual will be asked to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
