Entity*        IP&E Holdings *Reports To*          Marketing Manager *Job Summary* The Marketing and PMTDR Implementer will have two key functions.
First on Marketing, the individual will develop and support existing marketing programs and assist with the development of new initiatives aligned with Company and Partner goals.
The function includes communications, agency support, branding specialist, digital marketing, various media and vendor coordination, company event coordination, corporate sponsorship mediation and loyalty program retention.
The Marketing and PMTDR Implementer will be the primary facilitator working with procurement to process all vendor quotes and payments and verifying job scope process and completion, inclusive of media affidavits, for the Marketing Department.
The second function is on the PMTDR (People Make The Difference Real) program of Shell.
Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing and PMTDR Implementer will support the Retail Territory Manager to ensure sites under COCO and COAO are able to deliver the IP&E PMTDR KPIs at the site level both in Guam and CNMI.
 This will focus on training and coaching site managers to build their site staff skills and capabilities and build a customer and commercial mindset.
 The individual will perform duties associated with the Retail Marketing Calendar and Partner Programs with a lead role in the facilitation of our subscription to the Shell PMTDR program.
*Duties and Responsibilities* * Handle high volume, production data entry via computer terminal with high level of sensory attention to assure accuracy of customer and team member information collected.
* Handle incoming calls and answer inquiries from retail customers and retail team members.
* Work activities are dictated by established routines, but the individual must adjust schedule to prioritize the Marketing department priority projects and initiatives.
* Supports retail marketing activities such as fuel and c-store promotions and corporate sponsorship administration.
* Explain key KPIs linked to the PMTDR program as well as how the program works (e.
g.
minimum thresholds, awards associated with the program) and the value it adds to the business and to the site teams.
* Spearhead the PMTDR Program.
The main parts of the program include: * Communication between the Shell Network Retail team and Shell PMTDR facilitators * Retail Station program data collection and submission * Event coordination for program events (i.
e.
Local Retailer Engagement, Quarterly Updates, Global Smiling Stars Ambassador Coordination) * Program Budget Management * Procuring vendor quotes and processing invoices and vendor job scope processes and completion, inclusive of media affidavits for Department.
* Scheduling and Insertion of Media.
* Supporting team member for retail marketing promotion launches and maintenance.
* Marketing Department Corporate Sponsorship administration.
*Qualifications* * Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent work experience * Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to make quick decisions.
* Must be team focused and extremely organized.

  *Supervisory Responsibilities* This position has no direct supervisory responsibility but does require frequent communication and participation support for Retail Services team, specifically but not limited to the company PMTDR program.
*Regular Expected Hours of Work* This is a full-time position.
