The Marketing Operations Specialist will help drive DOCOMO PACIFIC to achieve our ambitious goals and objectives by working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager.
Through effective planning and project management, he/she help ensure the day-to-day execution of Go-To-Market plans and strategic initiatives and ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with DOCOMO PACIFIC’s overall business objectives and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Operations Specialist will assist in optimizing processes, technologies, and data used in executing Go-To-Market campaigns and other strategic initiatives to ensure optimal campaign performance and support achievement of targets.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will concentrate on the technical and process-oriented aspects of marketing, managing data, and technology to enhance efficiency.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will fulfil a supporting role in maintaining satisfaction within the Consumer Business Unit Marketing Team and will report directly to the Marketing Operations Manager.
The output of the role includes: Streamline marketing workflows and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and agility.
Assist in the execution and delivery of the annual Strategic Go-To-Market planning.
Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to develop strategies and analyze marketing performance metrics through analytics and business KPI management.
Partner with the Marketing Manager to maintain Go-To-Market plans relevant to the advancing market demand as well as user trends and analysis.
Develop systems to track and measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Implement hygiene practices to maintain consistency.
Use current data management systems to deploy solutions and tactics to aid in highly effective marketing campaigns.
Collect and monitor data focusing on upcoming marketing plans to aid in monthly/future forecasts.
Assist all Go-To-Market support functions of campaign support, promotions, and services.
Generate reports and analysis on the performance of optimized marketing processes for management and stakeholders– Review and monitor reports on KPIs to create data driven-solutions to aid in marketing performance within the fiscal year.
Help execute and generate timelines for Go-To-Market plans as dictated by business needs and or strategic priorities for the company.
Work across the various teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure the correct Product, Promotion & Service Strategy and Execution is employed across the business.
Combine consumer and media insight, analytic and strategic data to focus on solving real business problems.
Compare marketing processes with industry best practices to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain clear and updated documentation of optimized marketing processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a minimum requirement.
Understanding of creation and implementation of Go-To-Market strategies is strongly preferred.
Highly proficient in all MS Office applications: Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization.
Ability to converse professionally and with empathy with an emphasis on owning and solving issues whilst building excellent rapport.
OTHER SKILLS: Excellent project management, organizational skills and the ability to process requests as required.

WORK SCHEDULE: This position is a standard full-time role and during select times individuals will be asked to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
