Reports directly to the Business Sales Manager to achieve the department’s sales goals through individual achievement within a team environment.
Position requires maximum field time to source out new business and increase business within the existing customer base.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve Department Sales Quotas in three areas: New MRC ( Monthly Recurring Charges) across all product lines from new accounts Increase MRC ( Monthly Recurring Charges) from within existing customer accounts to increase revenues through new products and services Complete timely renewals of existing accounts Identify new leads and opportunities to increase revenues through products and services Schedule and set up meetings with new or existing potential clients to build relationships and generate new revenue.
Professionally present Docomo’s products and services to customers and keep businesses updated with new or existing products to enhance their business communication solutions Create effective and professional business proposals and RFP / RFQs for government bids.
Negotiate proposals and rates professionally.
Professionally build and manage relationships with a portfolio of existing business partners Capable of taking strategic approaches in the sales process.
Using a personal automobile, travel throughout sales territory to call on existing and prospective customers to present products & services, solicit orders, or provide after-sales service as needed and appropriate.
Provides retention services to existing accounts to ensure a high probability of renewal and to better maximize the opportunity to increase MRC within the account.
Learn and use a thorough knowledge of the product/service in the sales effort and display or demonstrate products & service in the sales effort and display or demonstrate products & services, using samples or catalogs/ brochures, and emphasize salable features.
Identify changing business needs of businesses and introduce business solutions related to company products Efficiently and effectively manage time to focus on activities in the sales process.
Have a clear understanding of procurement, and government bids to ensure government accounts are handled properly Takes responsibility, demonstrates responsiveness, and corrects issues promptly.
Prepare price quotes and proposals, present contract terms verbally and in writing, and prepare sales contracts, subscriber agreements, and other documents for orders obtained.
Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of internal schedules; Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports of all sales activities; Report information related to competitor’s offerings and business sales strategy to management; Promote and represent the company with the highest level of professionalism at all times; Build good working relationships that promote teamwork with co-workers and management.
Keep all customer information and company trade secrets confidential at all times; Must be able to professionally represent the company in initial and follow-up contacts with customers having complaints or difficulties with the services or products.
Must have a broad knowledge of the organization’s services, resources, policies, and procedures to quickly resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
Report data on the developed database detailing information on prospective and current customers for managing and closing of sales leads.
Must be able to troubleshoot products and services and respond back to customers in a timely manner.
Ability to work on Saturdays and Holidays as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization.
Ability to converse professionally and with empathy with an emphasis on owning and solving issues whilst building excellent rapport.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
WORK SCHEDULE: This is a standard full-time role and during select times individuals will be asked to work flexible schedules based on department and company needs.
