Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards
- Train and coach customer service representatives on best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in math for handling financial transactions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication techniques
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
