SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Our Marketing Manager will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for developing and leading site initiatives for the Marketing team to achieve targeted sales and service
Staffs and managers the team’s talent, including training, communicating, mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach maximum performance
Primary contact for both internal and external customers relating to activities and proficient within their region/site of the local events, attractions, partnerships, restaurants and on/off-site activities.
Develops, maintains, and monitors individual and group performance reports of the on-property team
Hold individual monthly performance reviews in partnership with team members and team leaders.
Handle cases where performance is below minimum standard according to marketing policy, and in conjunction with Human Resources guidelines.
Completes other duties and tasks, as assigned by management

To fulfill this role successfully, you should have the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Minimum 1 year of people management and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment.
Minimum 1 year of timeshare experience.
Ability to effectively lead people and scheduling for a large team.
Excellent social skills as well as oral and written communication.
Strong interpersonal skills to run multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment while meeting targets.
Consistent record of resolving customer service issues or owner service issues.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
High school diploma or GED.
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Timeshare Marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations
Ability to speak, read, write Japanese language.
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
