We are currently seeking qualified and passionate individuals to join our team as *Outbound Sales Appointment Scheduler*.
Our *Outbound Sales Appointment Scheduler *will be* *results-driven, personable individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to customer on outreach calling list.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customer and team members.
* Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
* Demonstrates empathy and patience in all customer interactions.
* Ability to build rapport effortlessly, engaging in casual conversations.
* Ability to use high emotional intelligence and a genuine concern for the member experience.
* Remains calm under pressure, ensuring a positive member interaction.
* Receptive to feedback for continuous improvement.
* Understanding of Stateside "norms" to better connect with our customer base.
* Manage the incoming call queue and respond to voicemails within 1 business day.
* Create a cadence for reminder calls and frequency for customers with scheduled appointments
* Define and execute calling cohorts for members with cancelled and No show status.
* Document each customer outreach attempt and call results.
* Document and report Member DNC and Program Opt-Out requests
Qualifications:
* 1 year minimum of sales, scheduling, or retention experience
* Must be residing in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan
* Wired Internet Speed Requirement: 25mbps download | 10mbps upload

Candidate will be responsible for providing:*
* Responsible for providing your own 19" monitor or larger with VGA or HDMI port with corresponding cable, USB wired mouse, ethernet cable, and optional USB wired keyboard
* Reliable hardwired internet is a must with at least 25mbps download|10mbps upload speeds
