Retail Sales Associate/ Style Advisor

We are looking for a few Sales Associates/Style Advisors that are ready to deliver Everyday Luxury to our new and existing customer base.
We are a high-end lifestyle boutique with a focus on beachwear and the Kauai Lifestyle.
We are looking for the ideal candidate that represents our brand in a polished, professional and mature manner.
You must have a friendly and outgoing personality while demonstrating a strong work ethic.
Our ideal candidate would posses a desire to provide excellent service and outstanding customer experiences at the highest level while cultivating and maintaining excellent client relationships.
High-end retail experience is preferred with a focus on clienteling.
Responsibilities include: -Quality customer service and the ability to anticipate customer’s needs along with meeting them -Strong product knowledge -Managing the sales floor -Meeting daily and monthly store sales goals -Maintaining a high visual standard for the store using a brand appropriate approach & aesthetic -Daily store maintenance -Maintaining online orders -Collecting and reporting daily sales -Use of Lightspeed POS Qualities we look for in new hires: -3Yrs Retail Experience -Experience using a POS -Flexible schedule -Reliable Pay: Base + Commission up to $28/hr (Based on experience) This is a great work environment, with vast opportunity for growth and creativity.
