This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: North Shore Preserve, set in Kaua’I, Hawaii.
North Shore Preserve is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Sales Department.
The Sales Coordinator will work alongside the sales and marketing team andwill support day-to-day sales efforts at the property level and work closely with the sales team.
In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.
Key Responsibilities This position is responsible for the daily coordination and management of marketing and sales, including: Market research, insights, and input into strategic planning.
Support in print and digital asset creation and management.
Basic presentation development.
Onsite support and coordination of events.
Staging and preparing for tours.
Managing photography and videography for the property.
Social media management.
Additional sales duties as needed.
Work with the sales team to develop engagements and follow-through strategies.
Field phone calls and email inquiries from prospects and members.
Oversee the Online Sales Tool presentation development and asset collection.
Manage the CRM systems and input ongoing communication between the sales team and prospects.
Involvement in organizing merchandise and member gifting.
Scheduling and setting up meetings and organizing team schedules.
Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years in a client-service, marketing or sales position within high-end luxury real estate or relevant industry.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred) as well as Apple products and services.
This role requires well-developed customer service and sales skills, excellent writing and communication skills, attention to detail, exemplary organizational skills, discipline and creativity, and a desire to be part of a fast moving, entrepreneurial team.
Comfortable dealing with everybody from principles, senior leadership, investors, prospects, through to all levels of colleagues and third-party contractors; you will be diplomatic, warm, and efficient.
Candidates must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to establish and foster effective working relationships with internal teams, prospects, and the local community.
Demonstrates understanding of, and works to meet standards of excellence, including deep attention to detail and quality.
Additional Requirements Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Long hours may be required due to business demands.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
