*Summary* The Sales Assistant provides sole support to sales team by performing a number of administrative tasks.

1.
Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers.
2.
Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
3.
Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.
4.
Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
5.
Develops technical presentations for potential customers.
6.
Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
7.
Directs and assists customer calls and inquiries.
8.
Assists sales associates and management with CRM entries and reports.
9.
Prepares vehicle inventory reports.
10.
Maintains records of vehicle inventory.
11.
Prepares contract and other documents for submittal to financial institutions.
12.
Processes pay-offs to financial institutions.
13.
Prepares vehicle ownership and registration documents for submittal to DMV.
14.
Performs other duties as assigned *Skills & Qualifications* * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
* Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Ability to work independently.
* Knows and understands the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
*Work Environment* Work is regularly performed in an office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
*Physical Demands* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and distance vision.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
*Position Type* This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.
m.
to 6:00 p.
m.
and Saturday from 7:00 a.
m.
to 6:00 p.
m.
Must be able to work 8 hours a day and will be given a regular day off.
*Education and Experience* * HS diploma or GED * Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred.
* Experience in administrative support role.
* Experience in supporting sales staff.
