Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for coordination of the development, implementation and updating of the campus Marketing PlanPromotes and enhances the public image of the College Develops and manages marketing/outreach activities through an annual marketing calendar that aligns with the marketing PlanServes as the campus public relations coordinator to ensure communications align with college branding, messaging, and policiesManages, coordinates, and updates all social media content including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.
Manages email marketing functions, including regular email blasts, email marketing campaigns, and email campaign analytics Maintains accuracy and currency of the campus website and College CatalogSupports campus participation in career and college fairs and other recruiting eventsConducts ROI on marketing campaigns and communicates results to campus leadership and campaign stakeholdersAssists in identifying potential new markets, products, and services.
Understands customer trends, competitive services and local and national issues that could potentially impact our organizational successCollaborates with UHCC on joint marketing activities and communication policiesCampus contact person for community tours and visitsCoordinates the production of college publications, press releases, social media posts, radio ads, and videos to ensure quality, consistent messaging, and compliance with system policies and standardsContributes to the creation of, reviews, and applies college and system marketing, communication, graphics usage, and website policies and proceduresConducts special marketing projects to increase college awareness in the communityProvide supervision, guidance and leadership to the marketing teamOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications: Possession of a baccalaureate degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related field and three (3) year(s) of progressively responsible professional experience with responsibilities for marketing, communication; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.
