- Contribute to establishing and maintaining high standards and accountability for the distributors network's results.
- Focus on selling diverse products to consumers while maximizing recurring contribution and profitable revenue.
- Mentor, develop, motivate and coach Sales Team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a minimum of 5 years in sales in the same or comparable industry and with a 2 years in leadership role.
- Market orientation and business acumen.
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office Applications.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,000.
