Retail Sales Associate

*Sales Associate* Responsibilities: *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* include the following.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
* To assist customers promptly.
* To make the customers feel welcomed within the store.
* To answer all phone calls.
* To send estimates by email and/ or fax.
* To coordinate the schedule of installation and services with the technicians.
* Exceed all personal sales goals.
* Develop and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and co-workers.
* Operate the cash register, accept payment, make change, and provide receipts for customers.
* Exchange names with customers, determine their needs, and use various resources to educate customers and assist them in choosing the right selections.
* Collaborate with the team to support and achieve the goals of the company.
* Balance the cash register at the end of each shift or as scheduled.
* Follow management direction in completing other duties as required.
Qualifications, Experience, Education, Certification, Licenses & Registrations, Skills, Physical Demands: * Highly Self Motivated Individuals * Previous retail selling experience, preferably at least six months * Excellent communication skills * High School Diploma or GED preferred * Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision * Must have ride / own transportation to the store Job Type: Full-time Shift: * 8 hour shift Weekly day range: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * customer service / retail sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
