_*Nature of Work in this Position: *_The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Branch Manager with onboarding new groups and servicing prospective, new and existing clients.
The Account Service Representative will also be responsible for updating, organizing and maintaining department files, and promotional products; prepare renewal and proposal letters, contracts and other documents that may be needed.
The Account Service Representative will conduct and assist with presentations for new groups and open enrollment.
Cultivate and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients; and provide high quality service consistent with the StayWell mission, vision, and values.
_*Illustrative Examples of Work:*_ * Maintains and organizes department files and office supplies.
* Answers account inquiries for obtaining group insurance, answering general inquiries about their policy and fielding calls as necessary if an answer cannot be provided.
* Cultivate and build relationships with new clients.
* Grow and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
* Gather feedback from clients or prospects and report to Branch Manager.
* Actively generate new leads through cold calling.
* Meet and maintain performance goal quotas for lead generation and CRM activity.
* Schedules sales meetings for Branch Manager.
* Maintains updated client information (contact person, phone numbers, addresses etc.

* Maintain and update group VIP listing annually or as needed.
* Prepares renewal and proposal letters upon receipt of rates by Actuary within 24 hours.
* Prepares annual contracts for new and existing groups.
* Assists with and occasionally conduct group presentations.
* Gather group demographics and other pertinent information; obtain rates from actuarial department and prepare accurate proposals.
* Pick-up and delivery of account documents, payments and marketing materials; answer account inquiries relevant to enrollment applications, invoices, membership cards, employment verification and other related topics.
* Picks up and drops off mail to the post office.
* Picks up premium payments from CNMI Government offices.
* Assist in commercial group early refund distribution.
* Prepares and distributes annual corporate gifts.
* Maintains and controls inventory of marketing giveaways.
* Follows up with group POCs to obtain signed contracts and ensures signed contracts are submitted to StayWell in a timely manner.
* Reviews and intakes small group applications for accuracy and completion; follows up with clients or prospects for any incomplete or missing information; communicates new applications to Actuary team and works with them to ensure all information necessary is complete * Assists in maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system * Fields leads to Branch Manager through the CRM system; research leads and complete minimum company information prior to distributing leads * Performs related duties as required.
