*Responsibilities:*
* Responsible for the strategic, financial, operational leadership, and business development of Renewable Solutions Division.
* Assist development efforts by supporting the team on projects from inception, through contracting, and up to commencement of construction.
* Support development efforts by responding to key RFPs, drafting project proposals, and conducting field surveys to gather and analyze available data in collaboration with internal finance, engineering and business development teams to structure and propose solar and solar + storage solutions.
* Conduct deal screening and returns analysis on projects based on early-stage project information.
* Develop and manage project development schedules and budgets.
* Build an in-depth knowledge of, and become expert in, target regions and markets, including applicable regulations and policies, incentives, RFP, and other development opportunities.
* Identify and implement marketing initiatives, including developing business development materials, social media, and internal communications content, and identifying key marketing strategies and competitive differentiators.
* Oversee project implementation efforts to assure projects adhere to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.

*Qualifications:*
*Education and Experience*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field strongly preferred.
* Four or more years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, or sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy or construction sector.
* Demonstrated successful project management experience.
* Experience in leading, managing, racking projects, scheduling, financial modelling and analysis, and budgeting.
* Advanced credentials and certifications related to renewable energy preferred.

* Knowledge of basic legal knowledge, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contracts, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Agreements
* Knowledge and interest in renewable energy technologies, innovative technologies and advancements in power plant and electrical distribution design
* Knowledge of financial/business concepts (NPV, ROI, IRR as well as internal management metrics) and understanding of financial forecasts and economics
