2 Bedrooms are available for rent in a three-bedroom/two-bathroom home near the beach in a quiet neighborhood with longer-term residents.
The house is fully furnished with a fully equipted kitchnen (pots, pans, utensils, etc).
Each room has a bed and mattress however we are happy to move them out if you have your own furniture.
Parking for one car per tenant.
Tenants must love dogs since the current tenant has a dog.
Large enclosed yard and tenants are responsible for upkeep.
Utilities are split 3-ways (Water, Garbage, WiFi/Cable, and Electric) with the current tenant.
Rental is month to month.
We are screening applicants for credit and prior landlord references.
Asking $950/month and $200 deposit
