$1,600 / 1br - Extra bedroom and bathroom available (Kealia)

I have a 2 br/ 2 bth apartment, and my second bedroom is opening up on the 23rd.
In Kapa’a on the south end.
Rent and utilities include wifi/ electric/ rent all in one for 1600$.
The beach is across the street, and Safeway is just right down the street.
I already have 2 dogs living in the house, which is the limit of pets allowed for the space.
Shared living room and kitchen and Lenai space.
All I ask is that you be responsible and respectful of the other tenants' neighbors and respectful of the living space.
Must be able to make rent each month.
I prefer long-term stay over short-term, but if.
Short-term is the only option we can try to work something out.
