Aloha I have a room that will be available for 1 person.
The price is mostly due to the fact that you will essentially have a 3br house with a yard to yourself.
There is 1 extra room that can be used for a work room/ office / guest room.
Short term tenants ok, month to month to start, would be good for someone who works from home.

I am at the house maybe 1-2x a week mostly to do yard work & gardening and small improvements here and there and am rarely there overnight.
