$900 Room for rent (Lihue)

Room available for single occupancy in the city of Lihue.
Half mile from Walmart and less than 3 miles from Lihue airport.
Looking for an employed individual, non smoker, non drug user and good moral character.
Utilities included like water, electric, wifi, laundry with line dry only.
Shared bathroom with another person.

The tenant who is supposed to move out asked for an extension to stay, so it will be available second week of May instead of April 15th.

He is a teacher? and lived here for 2 weeks only and used a tactic that a tenant is harassing him etc, making allegations so he can get his monthly security deposit of $450 back plus the 2 weeks he paid for staying here.
Imagine a scam.
But while I allowed to give him his rental $ deposit back ($450) which is not usually allowed with only 3 days notice, I gave it to him just to remove an unpleasant person on my property.
He posted a slanderous act thru Craiglist, about my ad, which is now under the police matter.
I can boast my property is safe with policemen as my neighbors.
I specifically asked no to drugs, smokers and drama free environment on this safe neighborhood.
Scammers keep out please.
