The Position:
We're looking for passionate Adult Day Health Program Coordinator/RN who will provide professional nursing care to residents following established policies and procedures of the program.
Charts and makes observations of resident response to scope of activity programs and services to determine if the activity programs and services meet the assessed needs, interests, routines and preferences of the residents for all levels of resident functioning.
Answers questions from residents, responsible parties and other personnel.
Oversees use of supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
State of Hawaii RN licensure.
CPR/First Aid Certification, preferred.
Experience in Adult Day Care setting, preferred.
Knowledge of current best practices and regulations.
Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review.
