Duties Summary Inspects premises where intoxicating liquors are manufactured, sold and/or consumed and enforces applicable State and local liquor laws; investigates apparent or suspected liquor law violations and prepares report on findings; and performs other related duties as required.
Qualification Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Training & Experience: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school, and three and one half (3 ½) years of specialized work experience Qualifying General Work Experience: Any work experience which may involve the basic skills: reading, writing, computation, and communication.
Qualifying Specialized Work Experience: Work experience which involved one (1) or a combination of the following: Work relating to the examination, enforcement, interpretation and/or application of laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations and/or policies and procedures; or Work in inspectional or investigative work experience in enforcing laws, ordinances and/or rules and regulations.
