DEAD Dog Found 😢 Eleele Area

We noticed a dog dead near the side of the road.
As a dog owner I would want to know what happened to my dog so I am posting in hopes to bring notice to the family.
If you recognize this dog please pass along.
Beginning of New Mill Strech (more near Eleele) in the Kauai Coffee fields (116) we saw a very large bulldog or pit mix.
Golden and white.
He had a blue leash around his neck.
Maybe from the Habitat area or surrounding neighborhood.
