It has a red floral pattern to it.
There is no materials tag, however it feels like silk.
The skirt is full length.
There is a keyhole that you pull the tie through and a belt loop.
From the edge of the skirt to the keyhole opening is 24 1/2 inches.
The skirt is 40 inches long.
