Teacher and Childcare Assistant

Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans - Create engaging activities that promote physical, social, and cognitive development - Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Manage behavior and promote positive discipline techniques - Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space Skills: - Special education: Ability to support children with special needs and provide individualized instruction - Physical education: Knowledge of age-appropriate physical activities to promote gross motor skills development - Preschool: Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices - Curriculum development: Ability to design and implement educational programs that align with developmental milestones - Lesson planning: Skill in creating engaging lesson plans that incorporate various learning styles - Behavior management: Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior choices - Childcare: Experience in providing care for children in a group setting, ensuring their safety and well-being - Early childhood education: Understanding of early childhood development stages and best practices in teaching young children - Educate: Passion for educating young children and fostering their love for learning - Early intervention: Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children's developmental needs Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
