Vintage, Highly Collectible Franciscan Desert Rose Cookie Jar with Lid.
The cookie Jar is 10 3/4" Tall x 5 1/4" Width.
On the bottom of cookie jar it reads: Franciscan, made in California, 98 18 (I think - it's hard to read the numbers).
This Cookie Jar and Lid that dates back to the early 1960's is in perfect condition.
There are no chips, cracks or imperfections.
It is rare to find a Franciscan Desert Rose Cookie Jar complete with Lid, and in such excellent condition.
Asking only $48 OBO for this rare collectible piece of Americana.
This Cookie Jar is more valuable because it was made in the U.
S.
in California rather than being made in England where so many of the newer Franciscan China pieces are made.
