Koloa-based firm managing vacation and long-term rentals is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop Pro or QuickBooks Online required, with property management experience (with the Escapia VRM system) strongly preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Key duties include reconciling daily cash receipts and monthly bank statements, paying bills, filing GET, TAT and KTAT reports, processing payroll and publishing monthly Owner Statements and company financial statements.
We’re looking for someone willing to step in and take charge.
Working remotely is possible for the right person.
