Compensation: Depends on Experience ($20-25/hour)
Employment type: Part-time (24 hours, 3 days/week)
Work Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities -
Assist the General Manager with miscellaneous office tasks
Assist Lead Accountant with following duties:
• Preparing and issuing billing, invoices, and keeping client records current utilizing web-based portals.
• Data entry for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
• Communicate and resolve issues with clients and vendors, including follow-ups.
• Prepare bank deposit slips and accurately post.
• Maintain clients and vendors' files.
• Check and send mail
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work with a minimum of supervision and be a team player.
• Organized, quick learner, and problem solver.
