Looking to hire an assistant for admin & bookkeeping.
Position: Full time, Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm
Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
At least 1 year experience in using QuickBooks.
Provides a variety of admin, front desk clerk, bookkeeping functions.
Responsibilities:
Bank deposits, accounts payable/ receivable and other client payments.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Answers phone and in-person inquires with regards to invoices, statements and payroll.
Maintaining bookkeeping files and performs clerical and other related duties when required.
Qualifications: Able to multitask, keen on details and organized.
Organization is key! Trainable and can work with minimum supervision.
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Reliable, with good Communication & Interpersonal Skills and is able to work well with others.
Must have general computer skills.
